Personal training programs begins with a discovery call followed by an initial assessment where we discuss your objectives and any physical limitations or deficits you may be experiencing. This allows us to understand your goals and needs.
Following the discovery call, we proceed with an in-depth assessment. This assessment is the starting point for crafting a personalized plan to help you achieve your movement goals. It covers your strengths, weaknesses, and specific objectives.
I provide one-on-one training sessions and guidance for independent work, all based on the insights gained from your assessment. My aim is to ensure you have the support and tools to meet your movement goals effectively.
